North Caucasian State Academy was founded in 1991. Currently, the NCSA includes 6 institutes (agrarian, medical, legal, economics and management, applied mathematics and information technology, engineering) and the faculty of design and arts, as well as a secondary vocational college.
The Academy provides all the conditions necessary for the implementation of educational activities of the university: there is a library and publishing center, the Institute for advanced training and additional general and vocational education, the center of student creative work. The quality of training specialists at the university is ensured, first of all, by the level of training of the teaching staff.
In recent years, much attention has been paid to the appearance of the university, its interior and the technical equipment of laboratories, centers, and classrooms. Much work is being done to ensure the safety of students and staff, energy-saving technologies are being introduced.
